Ann Corso Taylor, special counsel in the Real Estate Practice Group in the Jackson office, was recently selected to be a founding board member of the Bessie Young Council (BYC), a committee at the University of Mississippi School of Law that honors Bessie Young, the school’s first female graduate. The BYC was formed to assist nontraditional female students who bring diversity, fresh perspectives, and varied life experiences to the University of Mississippi student body through scholarships and mentorship.
