Ann C. Taylor, special counsel in the Real Estate Practice Group in the Jackson office, was recently selected to serve on the initial Title Standards Board for the Real Property Section of the Mississippi Bar. The newly formed board was created to develop a set of state-wide title examination standards to assist title examiners and attorneys when assessing the marketability of land titles in Mississippi.
