Nadia, together with Roger Cohen, a partner at Goodwin Procter LLP, and Christopher Eades, an attorney at Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman, P.C., discussed the rapidly evolving telehealth industry and where its technology is heading in terms of coordinated care and precision medicine. They also outlined updates on federal and state telehealth regulations, the need for regulatory changes to fully integrate telehealth technology to properly assist in preventing disease progression and reducing costs, and the steps to mitigate the risk of noncompliance.
