Brett Venn, a partner in the Litigation Practice Group in the New Orleans office, presented at the Louisiana State Bar Association's Jury Trials Revisited CLE seminar on October 31, 2025. They discussed best practices, strategies, and practical guidance on direct examination of witnesses in jury trials.
