Jones Walker and Louisiana Tech University will host a seminar on May 21, 2011 in Shreveport, La. The seminar is titled "The Business of Innovation: Considerations & Strategies for Innovative Technology." The program will be an intensive one day event developed specifically for business innovators. This seminar highlights the basic principles needed to start and grow a successful enterprise. Topics from feasibility to funding, as well as important strategies for optimizing a business launch will be covered.

The seminar will also cover subjects including:
