Cove Geary, a partner in the Litigation Practice Group and co-leader of the insurance coverage practice team, presented "The Evolving Standards for the Exercise of Personal Jurisdiction," at the annual meeting of the Aviation Insurance Association (AIA) in Nashville, TN on April 29. Cove spoke on a series of US Supreme Court cases from 2011 through the present, construction of those cases by lower courts, and practical applications. The AIA is a large association of companies, insurers, counsel and other professionals in the aviation insurance industry.
