Jane Heidingsfelder, a partner in the Labor & Employment Practice Group in the New Orleans office, presented "The Impact of COVID-19 on Safety Rules and Regulations" during the virtual International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) Sustainability Conference & Exhibition on February 9, 2021. Jane instructed the attendees on proper Occupational Safety and Health Administration guidelines for workplace safety during the pandemic including new guidance issued under the Biden administration. She advised on how to record and document work-related evidence following an employee's contraction of COVID-19.
