Hobie Hotard, an associate in the Tax Practice Group, presented “The Ins and Outs of Delaware Trusts” at the Tulane Estate Planning Institute on November 10, 2023. Hobie's presentation focused on the benefits of Delaware's trust-friendly jurisdiction status to non-residents and their advisors for those considering whether to estate a trust in Delaware. He also provided attendees with a roadmap of the key issues when establishing a Delaware Trust.
