Jones Walker maritime attorneys Cindy Muller, Bret LeBreton, and Grady Hurley served as moderators during Tulane's 29th Biennial Admiralty Law Institute on March 30–April 1, 2022. This year's theme was "The Jones Act After 100 Years," and programming included discussions on seafarer status, Jones Act risk allocation in seafarer claims, arbitration and litigation of seafarer claims, Jones Act offshore wind fleet and the feeder vessel solutions, and more. Grady Hurley and Bret LeBreton also served on the Admiralty Law Institute Planning Committee.
