Sara Kuebel, a partner in the Maritime Practice Group in the New Orleans office, presented at the New Orleans Bar Association's (NOBA) Procrastinators’ Program CLE on December 17, 2025. Sara served as a panelist for "The Many Types of Seapersons" session, offering insights into the classifications and status analyses that impact maritime workers — from FLSA-exempt seamen and Sieracki seamen to Jones Act seamen employed directly, as borrowed employees, or as independent contractors.
