Jeff Tillery, a partner in the Maritime Practice Group and co-leader of the maritime litigation, arbitration & dispute resolution team in the New Orleans office, presented and served as a panelist during several recent maritime-related conferences. Recent events include the LSBA 29th Annual Admiralty Symposium on September 16th, High Stakes on the High Seas, A Maritime Law Conference by the Louisiana Association for Justice on August 19th, and Loyola University’s 2022 Maritime Law Journal Symposium on February 18th, 2022. During his presentations, Jeff provided attendees with an overview of distinctive issues involved in maritime trials from the defense perspective, tips on how to handle maritime matters from cradle to grave, and unique issues regarding the limitation of liability act as it relates to vessel owners.
