Shawn Daray, an associate in the Tax Practice Group in the New Orleans office, presented "The New World of Carbon Sequestration Tax Credits" at the Louisiana State Bar Association's Fsection 45Q carbon sequestration tax credits, goals of section 45Q, special rules of section 45Q, and additional Louisiana incentives for carbon sequestration projects.
