John Fletcher, a partner in the Tax Practice Group in the Jackson office, spoke during the Council on State Taxation 2022 Income Tax Conference and Spring Audit Session in Denver, Colorado, on April 26, 2022. John was a co-speaker for the session "The TCJA and CARES Act – Where Are We Now?" which covered state income tax compliance issues, tax-base coupling and decoupling, and other methodologies in federal tax reform.
