Miriam Wogan Henry, a partner in the Tax Practice Group in the New Orleans office, presented on a panel for the University of Miami School of Law’s 57th Annual Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning conference at the Orlando World Center Marriott on January 11, 2023. Miriam and her co-presenters discussed choosing a jurisdiction, varying statutory rules, taxation, and other practical considerations associated with the process of drafting and administering a long-term trust.
