Jefferson R. Tillery and Bradley A. Jackson, a partner and special counsel in the firm's Admiralty & Maritime Practice Group in the New Orleans and Houston offices, will present at the 23rd Annual Admiralty and Maritime Law Conference hosted by the South Texas College of Law on Friday, October 17. Mr. Tillery's presentation titled, "Ethical Dilemmas Created by Reservation of Rights, Coverage Issues and Conflict of Interest," will explore insurance coverage issues, reservations of rights and their related conflicts of interests, and the right to separate counsel. Waiver and estoppel issues and discoverability of reservations will also be addressed. Mr. Jackson's question-and-answer presentation titled, "What to Do if Your Client is Misbehaving, Part IV," will discuss real-world questions regarding ethics, the law, and what your client has asked you to do or hide.
