Partner Jefferson R. Tillery and Special Counsel Elizabeth S. Healy, both of the firm’s Admiralty & Maritime Practice Group, recently obtained a jury verdict in federal court after a three day trial involving the sale of defective engines installed by John Deere on a vessel owned by Sea Support Ventures. The verdict was for $200,000 plus all attorneys’ fees.
