Jefferson R. Tillery, a partner in the Admiralty & Maritime Practice Group in the New Orleans office, recently gave a speech honoring Paul Sterbcow, the recipient of the New Orleans Bar Association (NOBA) 2017 Distinguished Maritime Lawyer Award, at NOBA’s annual luncheon. Mr. Sterbcow is a maritime plaintiff’s lawyer and was one of the lead trial lawyers in the Deepwater Horizon case.
