On February 17, Jeff Tillery spoke at the Houston Oil and Gas Seminar in Houston.  He served on a panel with Hal Watson of Locke Liddell & Sapp and Jim McCulloch, general counsel of Global Santa Fe. The topic was "How to Handle a Major Offshore Casualty" and the audience included in-house counsel from many offshore drilling companies and oil companies.
