Jefferson R. Tillery, a partner in the firm's Admiralty & Maritime Practice Group in the New Orleans office, will serve as a panelist at the 2016 American Conference Institute's 5th Annual Forum on Admiralty & Maritime Claims and Litigation Seminar. He will be speaking on the subject of "Maritime Torts: Jones Act Seaman Claims, Recent Developments in Law of Maintenance & Cure and Availability of Punitives." The seminar will take place on January 27-28, 2016 in Houston, Texas.
