W. Whitaker Rayner, a partner, and Andrew S. Harris, an associate in the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the Jackson office, will present at the Intellectual Property, Entertainment and Sports Law Conference hosted by The Mississippi Bar's Intellectual Property Section. Whit will present, "Trademark Practice Tips" and Andrew will discuss "The Blurred Lines Case—When Celebrities Litigate, Interesting Copyright Issues Abound."  The conference is Wednesday, May 20, 2015, at The Mississippi Bar Center in Jackson, Mississippi.
