Rob Carothers and Mike Waters, partners in the Banking & Financial Services Industry Team, recently co-presented at Auburn University’s Bank Directors’ College. Their presentation, “Trending Board Room Issues,” included information on a number of issues facing bank boards. The pair discussed subordinated debt issuances, in-market mergers, stock repurchase programs, and recent changes to the Alabama Business Corporation Law.
