Nadia de la Houssaye, a partner in the firm's Lafayette office, and Kathryn H. Hester, special counsel in the firm's Jackson office, both in the Healthcare Practice Group, recently attended the 2016 American Telemedicine Association Annual Conference and Trade Show in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on May 14-17, 2016. Ms. de la Houssaye served on a panel where she discussed the lack of regulatory framework and liabilities associated with telemedicine, and her remarks are featured  in Eric Wicklund’s article, "Is Telehealth Ready for Its Day in Court?"
