Litigation partner, Richard J. Tyler, has been accepted for membership in the International Association of Defense Counsel. Founded in 1920, the IADC is the oldest and most prestigious international organization of attorneys representing corporations and insurers. Mr. Tyler is the chair of the firm's Construction Law Practice Group, and a member of the firm's Products Liability Practice Group.
