Richard J. Tyler, a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the New Orleans office, was recently named a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. As a result of successfully completing the training and examination required of Fellows, Mr. Tyler received a Diploma in International Arbitration from the organization. CIArb, which is based in London, UK, has a global membership of over 13,000 individuals in 120 countries with professional training or experience in alternative dispute resolution. The organization is dedicated to promoting the benefits of arbitration as a means of resolving commercial and other disputes and developing professional standards and processes for dispute resolution.
