Litigation partner, Richard J. Tyler, served on the panel "Developing and Utilizing Special Expertise in the Modern Paralegal" at the annual meeting of the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association in Houston this Spring. Mr. Tyler is program co-chair of the Litigation Section's Construction Law Committee, which sponsored or co-sponsored five programs at the annual meeting. He also serves as a member of the Division 3 (Design) Steering Committee of the ABA's Forum on the Construction Industry.
