Partner Miriam Wogan Henry and associate B. Trevor Wilson, both of the firm's Tax & Estates Practice Group, presented at the 40^th Annual Estate Planning Seminar hosted by Louisiana State University's Paul M. Hebert Law Center, held November 4-5, 2010, in Baton Rouge. Ms. Henry gave a presentation on "Estate Planning Case Studies for Taxable Estates," an examination of several case studies illustrating the application of estate planning for taxable estates. Mr. Wilson presented "Update on FLPs and FLLCs," an update on recent cases and legislation concerning Family Limited Partnerships and Family Limited Liability Companies. The two day seminar is designed to provide timely and relevant information to lawyers, financial planners, and accountants dealing with the complexities of estate planning.
