The Legal Ramifications of Key Employee Handbook Provisions" to the Louisiana Society for Human Resource Management on September 29, 2021. Sid discussed certain employee handbook provisions that hold the most value under federal and Louisiana law and, given the new Louisiana pregnancy accommodation law, reminded employers that all handbooks should be reviewed and revised accordingly.
