R. Patrick Vance, a partner in and leader of the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group, was elected General Counsel of the American College of Bankruptcy at the annual meeting of the College in on March 17, 2018 in Washington, D.C. Mr. Vance has previously served on the Board of Regents, the Board of Directors, and as Vice President of the College. He has also served on the Board of Directors and as the President of the College's Foundation. The American College of Bankruptcy is an honorary association of bankruptcy and insolvency professionals who are invited to join as fellows based on a record of professionalism and service to the profession and their communities.
