R. Patrick Vance, leader of the firm’s Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the New Orleans office, and the American Law Institute (ALI) class of 1991 were honored for achieving Life Member status after serving 25 years as elected members, at the Annual Meeting in Washington D.C., on May 17, 2016.  Mr. Vance serves on the Members Consultative Group for the ALI’s project on Election Administration. The ALI is the leading independent organization in the United States producing scholarly work to clarify, modernize, and improve the law in its Restatements of the Law.
