On May 1 and 2, litigation practice chair, Patrick Vance, participated as a faculty member for the Annual Advanced ALI-ABA Chapter 11 Business Reorganizations seminar. Mr. Vance made three presentations on "Legislative Developments, "Classification of Claims," and "Disclosure Statements." Joining Mr. Vance on the faculty panel were Ken Klee, Professor of Law at UCLA, and the Honorable Barbara J. Houser, bankruptcy judge sitting in Dallas, Texas.
