On June 9-11 in Charleston, South Carolina, litigation and bankruptcy partner, Patrick Vance, served on the faculty of the advanced seminar, "Chapter 11 Business Reorganization," sponsored by American Law Institute-American Bar Association. The seminar explored new ground to acquaint registrants with cutting edge developments and emerging issues in chapter 11 law. Mr. Vance co-presented the topics: "First Day Orders," "Recent Cases and Legislative Developments," and "Confirmation of Consensual and Cramdown Plans."
