Pat Veters, a partner in the Labor & Employment Practice Group in the New Orleans office, presented at the Associated Builders and Contractors New Orleans Bayou Chapter Safety Committee Forum on September 25, 2019.  During his presentation titled “Practical Construction Law in a Changing OSHA Landscape,” Pat focused on recent developments in OSHA litigation as well as developing safety and health regulatory strategies for construction companies faced with OSHA investigations.
