Attorneys Sara Kuebel, Ilsa Luther and Cindy Muller, members of the Maritime Practice Group, presented at the Women's International Shipping & Trading Association (WISTA) USA New Orleans Chapter "Wake Up with WISTA" breakfast panel on June 27, 2024. Their presentation discussed the role of the Jones Act in regulating domestic commerce and protecting US seamen. WISTA aims to provide networking and educational opportunities for women in leadership roles in the maritime industry, and associate Sara Kuebel currently serves as the co-president of the WISTA USA New Orleans Chapter.
