Michael D. Waters and Rob Carothers, partners in the firm's Banking & Financial Services Practice Group, co-authored an article in the Winter 2010 edition of Banking Traditions, the magazine of the Community Bankers Association of Alabama. The article, entitled "Dodd-Frank & Basel III: How Do They Impact Capital at Your Bank?" focuses on the Dodd-Frank Act which was signed by President Obama on July 21, 2010, and represents the most extensive financial reform since The Great Depression.
