Michael D. Waters, a partner in the firm’s Banking & Financial Services practice, is featured in the September 2011 edition of B-Metro magazine. The article, titled "Gentlemen…Start Your Engines" describes Mr. Waters’ passion for auto racing. About three years ago, Mr. Waters participated in the Skip Barber Formula Car Racing School. Since completing that program, he has regularly competed in races across the country, such as Road Atlanta, Road America in Wisconsin, and Sebring in Florida. When describing racing, Mr. Waters says, “I think most people would be surprised by the technical side of driving. It’s not just about trying to mash the gas pedal.
