Ben Woodruff, a partner in the Corporate Practice Group in the New Orleans office, attended the Lex Mundi Institute Cross-Border Program from August 17–28, 2020. This two-week virtual program included 20 transactional attorneys from 19 different countries, and it focused on developing business and networking in a virtual world and provided updates about capital markets and the merger and acquisition market.
