Jennifer Kogos, a Labor & Employment partner in the New Orleans office, participated as a panelist during the NFP: Ahead of the Curve Program on October 17, 2019. The panel discussion titled “Workplace Diversity and Inclusion” provided leading diversity and inclusion initiatives, key takeaways on implementing a D&I program, best practices, and ways to avoid legal pitfalls. The goal of the program was to deliver attendees ways to truly be ahead of the curve in the ever-changing landscape of employee engagement.
