Allison represents public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and other investors in significant transactions across numerous industries, including infrastructure, construction, transportation, insurance, food and beverage (including protein-based food), and healthcare. Her cross-sector experience enables her to anticipate client-, market-, and jurisdiction-specific issues and develop solutions that facilitate the successful execution of high-profile, mission-critical transactions.

Drawing on her more than 25 years in legal practice, Allison advises clients on the full range of transactional matters, including acquisitions and divestitures, strategic investments, recapitalizations, carve-outs, and sophisticated business combinations. Her industry experience is particularly valuable where transactions involve regulated businesses, substantial operational assets, complex contractual relationships, and other considerations that demand close coordination of legal, commercial, and strategic objectives.
