As chief financial officer, Andrew works closely with the firm’s practice group leaders and the other administrative officers/managers and reports to the managing partner and the board. He is deeply involved in long-range strategic planning, merger evaluations, profitability analysis, debt structure, lease negotiations, the typical duties of the treasurer, risk management, the 401(k) plan, review of the tax returns prepared by the outside auditors, significant credit problems, reports prepared for the board, partners, and management, and the selection and design of financial and operational benchmarks.
