Bailey’s experience spans client-facing representation and judicial exposure, giving her a well rounded foundation in complex legal matters. She has worked extensively on issues involving Employment Retention Tax Credit  claims, representing more than 600 clients and handling multiple stages of the process, including reviewing IRS notices, drafting appeals of disallowances/denials, preparing contractual documentation related to payment plans, and evaluating emerging artificial intelligence systems for accuracy and development.

Complementing this practical experience, Bailey developed her strong analytical and research skills through judicial and public service roles, where she conducted legal research, reviewed records, and assisted with drafting arguments and opinions in complex matters before the Mississippi Court of Appeals and the Mississippi Office of Capital Post Conviction Counsel. Bailey’s legal training also includes a comparative health law study abroad program in Lille, France, where she examined healthcare systems and legal frameworks used in other countries.
