Blaine Jacob is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group. He advises private and public companies, institutional investors, and other firm clients on a broad range of corporate law, governance, transactional, and related matters.

Blaine also has experience in a wide range of real estate acquisitions, leases, and related transactions.

Blaine earned his juris doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Louisiana State University, where he served as a senior editor of the Louisiana Law Review, Volume 85, in which he was also a published author.
