Bryce Langemeier is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group. He advises clients on a broad range of corporate law, governance, transactional, and related matters.
Bryce supports transaction teams through each phase of a deal, from due diligence to closing. He has experience reviewing corporate records and material agreements and preparing diligence reports; drafting resolutions, officer’s certificates, organizational documents, and other ancillary transaction documents; researching federal securities laws and Securities and Exchange Commission regulations; and coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues in other practice areas to assemble closing documentation and post-closing deliverables.
Before practicing law, Bryce spent nearly a decade as a certified physician assistant in a high-volume orthopedic practice, where he provided patient care, assisted surgeons in the operating room, and worked with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment plans. That experience gives him a practitioner’s perspective that can be useful to clients in the healthcare and life sciences industries.
Bryce’s pro bono work has included preparing asylum documentation for a client and advising that client ahead of an asylum interview.
