Eric represents clients in a broad range of commercial and regulatory disputes, with a focus on energy, environmental, and business litigation. Eric also advises clients on regulatory issues in connection with large energy infrastructure projects, including CO2 sequestration and storage projects. In addition, Eric has represented clients in complex oil and gas legacy litigation and disputes involving the purchase and sale of minerals, rights of way, servitude agreements, and violations of local ordinances.

While in law school, Eric served as senior articles editor of the LSU Journal of Energy Law & Resources, Volume IX. Prior to starting his legal career, Eric gained professional experience managing a hospitality business in St. John, US Virgin Islands.
