Eric utilizes a combination of legal and practical industry experience to help clients evaluate and respond to legislative and regulatory developments affecting their organizations. He most recently served as public affairs manager for Entergy Louisiana. In that role, Eric worked closely with the Louisiana Legislature and various state agencies to achieve positive outcomes for the company.

Eric previously practiced in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, where he represented clients in commercial and regulatory disputes involving energy, environmental, and business matters. He also advised clients on regulatory issues involving large energy infrastructure projects. His experience includes complex oil and gas legacy litigation and disputes concerning air permitting, mineral transactions, rights of way, servitude agreements, and local ordinances.

Prior to beginning his legal career, Eric managed a hospitality business in St. John, US Virgin Islands. Combined with his experience in public affairs, his business experience gives him a practical understanding of the political and operational realities that shape clients’ business objectives.
