Gillian concentrates her practice on representing corporate clients in complex litigation encompassing product liability, transportation, asbestos and toxic torts, and matters involving exposure to hazardous substances. She defends clients nationwide, from mediation through bench and jury trials, in cases alleging design and manufacturing defects, wrongful death, failure to warn, catastrophic injury, and related claims. Gillian manages all stages of litigation, including coordinating expert witnesses; participating in inspections, depositions, and discovery; and developing comprehensive defense strategies.

Gillian works closely with lead counsel to ensure meticulous preparation and effective advocacy in every phase of a case. She possesses a deep understanding of the scientific and industrial issues underlying her clients’ products and operations. Gillian is a skilled writer and communicator who distills complex mechanical and chemical concepts into clear, persuasive legal arguments.
