Macdonald

Ian serves as co-leader of Jones Walker’s commercial disputes team. His clients include national insurance companies, national retailers, oil and gas companies, and construction companies. Over the course of his extensive career, Ian has tried more than 250 jury and non-jury cases and has successfully argued appeals before the Louisiana Supreme Court on numerous occasions. Ian handles nearly a dozen jury trials annually, and draws on this experience to help clients build a case record that can support potential appeals.

Prior to joining Jones Walker, Ian worked for Longman Russo, where he served for nine years as a member of the firm's board of directors.
