Judith Windhorst is special counsel in the Litigation Practice Group. She represents clients in a broad range of civil disputes, most notably for energy clients, shareholder disputes, environmental matters, and governmental entities.

Judith handles a wide variety of complex business litigation, including defense of class actions, toxic tort, products liability, and environmental claims. Her environmental practice includes wetlands permitting, defense of state and federal compliance orders and penalty notices, and regulatory hearings. She also has considerable experience in complex electronic discovery proceedings.

As a trial attorney, Judith has handled numerous disputes in a wide variety of practice areas: environmental compliance litigation and regulatory matters, shareholder disputes, products liability, and toxic torts. Her practice has also included a large cross section of industries and businesses: telecommunications and internet equipment, chemicals, adhesives, paints, gaming, computers and electronics, waste water treatment, bus and rail transportation, shipyards, solid waste disposal, soft drinks, vacuum cleaners, garden and pet supply, and insurance.
