Julie manages Jones Walker’s firmwide recruiting efforts. She serves as the firm’s main contact for law schools, search firms, and industry organizations, and she seeks to identify, recruit, hire, and develop attorneys at all levels of their careers, from summer and first-year associates to lateral hires with years of experience. Supported by the firm’s Hiring and Recruiting Committee and Associate Development Committee, Julie oversees the summer associate and fall recruitment programs and manages the orientation, training, mentoring, and evaluation programs of attorneys.

Julie works to attract and retain diverse attorneys to Jones Walker, with the goal of creating the strongest client teams possible across the firm and in every office. She conducts new attorney orientation programs, oversees and organizes the firmwide mentor program for all associates, and works to develop integration tools for lateral hires. Julie also develops and manages collateral recruiting materials, including content found on the Careers section of the firm’s website.
