Kendra’s practice focuses on maritime transactions and marine finance, including matters involving charter parties, contracts of affreightment and related agreements, the sale and purchase of marine assets, and traditional and lease financing of marine assets. Her experience includes preparing contracts, regulatory filings, and related materials for clients operating in highly regulated industries.

While earning her law degree, Kendra externed for the Honorable Dana M. Douglas at the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She received the Judge John R. Brown Award, presented annually by the Maritime Law Center at Tulane Law School, as the outstanding candidate for the Juris Doctor degree in maritime law. Kendra also served as senior managing editor of the Maritime Law Journal and as secretary of the Space Law Society, and was a member of the Tulane Inn of Court, the Environmental Appellate Moot Court Team, the Maritime Law Society, and the International Law Society.
