Callahan

Kristine is a member of the commercial dispute, resolution, and arbitration team. She represents clients in a range of litigation matters, including premises liability, contract disputes, creditors’ rights, such as including breach of contract and collection and general commercial litigation and arbitration. Her experience also includes employment policy litigation matters. Kristine works with clients in the construction, manufacturing, and insurance industries, among others.

Before joining Jones Walker, Kristine earned her MBA and worked in human resources, where she developed a strong understanding of the challenges businesses face in employment relations. She also gained valuable legal experience through internships with the US Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Mississippi, the US Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, and the Mississippi Attorney General’s Office, where she focused on civil litigation.
