Lauren Cyriac is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group and a member of the real estate team.
Lauren’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate. She routinely advises clients with interests and operations in both traditional and renewable energy sectors on a broad range of transactional matters, including development, acquisitions, and leasing. In the corporate arena, Lauren assists clients with entity formation and governance issues and handles real property due diligence in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
Her experience includes drafting and reviewing commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, options, licenses, servitudes/easements, security-related instruments, nondisclosure agreements, and a variety of other contracts and agreements. Lauren also researches and counsels clients on title and survey, site control, land use and permitting, zoning, landowner compensation, environmental considerations, regulatory compliance, and more.
While earning her juris doctor degree, Lauren held positions as a summer associate in New York and a paralegal in Washington, DC.
Prior to law school, she completed the Pepperdine Jurisprudence Program in London, England, the Pepperdine French Language Program in Lausanne, Switzerland, and the Conflict Management Program at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution in Malibu, California.
